How to use it:
- Wash and dry the pit.
- Break it into smaller pieces (you can carefully cut it or smash it with a hammer).
- Roast the pieces in the oven for about 1 hour at low heat until they dry out.
- Grind them into a fine powder using a blender or coffee grinder.
